Services
AxiomTech provides software development services, SaaS platforms, AI solutions, Big Data analytics, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, blockchain development, IoT solutions, and related technology consulting services. User Obligations
You agree to: provide accurate and complete information; use our services in compliance with applicable laws; not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our proprietary technology; maintain the confidentiality of any credentials or access provided to you; and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, and materials created by AxiomTech remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement. Client-specific deliverables will be governed by the terms of the applicable service agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment terms, including fees, billing cycles, and payment methods, will be specified in your service agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AxiomTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate services as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using our services and any proprietary materials. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AxiomTech LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or email. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
